keep in mind the server itself will change domain (if it isn't already in a separate one), thus invalidating certificates, etc... The SQL permissions will have to be updated too. If your applications are standard out of the box, i'd follow the "create a new farm route" myself, tbh. Follow this link to update the accounts : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934838 edit : found a link dedicated to your case: Migrate user accounts from old domain to new domain for all the user accounts, since the stsadm migrateuser commond should be run for all users one-by-one, you can create a batch script to do this. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262141.aspx Keep in mind all the users SID will be invalidated, dont forget to migrate them.
