Active Alerts views are empty
Active Alerts views are empty. If you scope the view for selected groups then alerts will appear but as soon as you change it back to All groups the alerts disappear

Have you recently deployed a SCOM cumulative update?
I have seen this before when a cumulative update was applied but the required SQL Scripts that are part of all cumulative updates weren't run against the correct databases:

We did SQL Upgradation and Start Facing this issue.
We tried Couple of Following tricks to resolve but no luck.
1> Restart SCOM Server services.
2> Flushed the Cache and Restarted Service.

Can you perhaps elaborate on exactly what was done. It sounds like part of the upgrade process hasn't been completed.
