I have recently installed Windows 10 Enterprise evaluation for 90 days trial, but the next day I faced a black screen problem and then I formatted my computer and reinstalled the system again. However, now the system tells me that my license is expired and I have to change the product key!

What should I do?

what does the command 'slmgr /dlv' show for the URL of the servers?

Windows Enterprise Evaluation needn't activate. Please make sure you obtain the source from the official path:

TechNet Evaluation Center

After that, the bottom right corner would display the following watermark. If you are the first day of installation, it would show "Windows 10 Enterprise Evaluation Windows license valid for 90 days"
