Everything was working fine up until today, now after the notification toast disappears so does the notification from the Action Center. So if you miss any toasts you don't know if there has been any notifications.

• Right click on the PowerShell icon on the taskbar and select Run as Administrator.
• Now paste the following command in the Windows PowerShell window and press Enter key:
• Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Did you mean the notification missing from the action Center?

If yes, please check if you enable this group policy.

1. Open the Group policy Editor via type gpedit.msc in the Run box.

2. Located to User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Start Menu and Taskbar

3. Find the entry Remove Notifications and Action Center to make sure it's not enabled.

4. Find the entry Disable showing balloon notifications as toasts to make sure it's not enabled.
