I am trying to find Accounts section in Windows ICD, but could not find it. Document does say this option is available.

I am using WAIK for windows 10. Screenshots for WICD tool below. Any idea?

Please download Windows 10 ADK again, and then check to see if this is the ADK version related.

had the same problem today and a reinstallation solved the problem for me.

Thanks for your suggestion. 

Uninstall and reinstall did not work for me. Tried to install on different computer results in same behavior. Screenshot of programs and features and file properties below. Are you using the same version?
