Accessing Secret Questions for User ID Verification
Our goal is to have our HelpDesk view a custom portal page where they would be able to see the Secret Question data (or some of it) so they could ID a user who is on the phone but unable to log in or access the Self-Service Password Portal page. Is this possible? Thank you, Fred

This is a fairly common request that comes up, and one which I think Anthony Ho answers the best on this thread. I remember having to read this a couple of times myself before the point sank in for me, as I too had thought that Admins should be able to read the questions ... when in fact they don't if they are acting on behalf of someone on the other end of the phone who can tell the operator their answers verbally for the admin to key in on the users' behalf.Bob Bradley (FIMBob @ http://thefimteam.com/) ... now using Event Broker 3.0 @ http://www.unifysolutions.net/ourSolutions.cfm?solution=event for just-in-time delivery of FIM 2010 policy via the sync engine
