Access denied script error when viewing swf in SharePoint
When I embed a Captivate 5-generated .swf in a SharePoint Page Viewer web part I repeatedly encounter the following script error:
Line:1
Char:1
Error:Access is denied
Previously I have had no problems using this technique with other swfs, generated by an earlier version of Captivate or other applications. Searching the Web suggested that this might be due to some security settings, either in Flash or Internet Explorer
but I have had no success trying to fix it. I haven't tried another browser yet.
Has anyone any ideas? Thanks.

i don't think this is sharepoint issue.
can you open the .swf in local or open the .swf in IE directly without Page viewer web part?

Yes, there are no problems opening the .swf directly, even from the SharePoint document library.

Hi,
Based on your saying "Previously I have had no problems using this technique with other swfs, generated by an earlier version of Captivate or other applications."
Can we assume other filetypes and .swf files created by earlier versions of that same software still will work correctly?
If so, then you should probably engage support for the third party application to determine what the difference is.Regards, Savoeurn Va Microsoft Online Community Support
