Access Denied Error when accessing the page for first time by user account
We have Server 2008 64-bit, IIS 7.0 and MOSS 2007, FBA only authentication and .Net roles for authorization. There are user accounts that have read privileges in SharePoint and Site admin accounts.
Issue: After application pool recycle, when a user accesses a page in the page library after authentication and authorization they get "Access Denied" mesasge. Users can access the page (DONOt get Access Denied) after a site admin has accessed the page.
It seems like there is a caching/compiling issue where users cannot access a page if it is not accessed or compiled by a site admin.
Any clues is much appreciated.

Hi,
It sounds unreasonable.
You can give a try after changing the IE setting as follows:
Your browser > Tools > Internet Options > Security > Custom level > Logon > Automatic logon with current user name and password.
Please do more tests using different cases like creating a page using different user account and so forth.
Hope it is helpful!Seven
