Hi, 

I have access anywhere being used by a company accessing files to another. The external company can't view files that are currently open by the internal company. Is this intended by the Access Anywhere facility and is there a way to prevent this to allow the external company to view all files weather they are open or not.

Did you mean that you enabled anywhere access and use Remote Web Access to access shared files and folders on the server?

Did you receive any error message when you accessed the files that are opened by the internal users from external?

Does the issue persist if you access the files that are opened by the internal users from other internal users?
