If you need to view East Asia languages words in SCCM administrators console, you need to select proper locale setting. In this case, you need to install the Chinese language and set the Chinese language as Default language (language for non-unicode). (Control Panel, Regional and language Options, Advanced tab, select Chinese for Select a language to match the language of the Uni-code).
