Hi, I am trying to add solution but getting following error: I am trying to add SPHIVE but its throwing wiered error: Stsadm -o addsolution -filename abc.SPHive.wsp A solution with the same name "xyz.sphive.wsp" or id "f7e7c130-3a65-4 91f-8f05-c4d3d878adb9" already exists in the solution store. abc.SPHive.wsp: The Solution installation failed. I don't understand that why it's pointing to xyz as i am trying to add abc. when i add abc.web.wsp then it's run fine but problem having with only SPHIVE. This is the first time i am adding as i taken a back up from production and restored the site into test server. I have created site, adding solution bu falied and then i ran the restore command form previously taken back up of the site from Production. Thanks in advance for your help! Are you adding the solution to a farm or standalone server, can you try Stsadm -o addsolution -filename abc.SPHive.wsp -local--Cheers

Hi Pora, Please try to deploy the abc.SPHive.wsp using stsadm.exe –o deploysolution –name abc.SPHive.wsp –allowgacdeployment –local/-immediate to check if the abc.SPHive.wsp had been already added to the farm successfully. If the also deployment failed, please run stsadm.exe –o enumsolutions to check if the abc.SPHive.wsp, then run deletesoution to remove it and add it again. If the problem still persisted, please name the Services solution package with another name. Best regards, Emir
