A parameter in subject line in Reporting Services
Hello @ all, there are two standard parameter in the subject line: @ReportName and @ExecutionTime. I want to set an individual report parameter value to the subject line. These are my report parameter: @YEAR, @DATE, @FILES And I want to set the subject line to something like that: @ReportName with @FILE (@ExecutionTime) Any ideas or solution?!?Please 'Mark as Answer' if I helped. This helps others who have the same problem!

Can you please elaborate? What exactly you mean by subject line? Are you talking about the Email Subscription, and customizing the Subject line? Which version of SSRS are you using? Hello, yes, I'm talking about the Email Subscription and I want to customize the subject line. I want to customize the subject with an individual report parameter. I'm using SSRS 2008.Please 'Mark as Answer' if I helped. This helps others who have the same problem!

Hi Dennis, As Chaitanya posted, if you need to customize the Subject line, you can use Data-driven subscription instead of standard subscription. When we create a Data-driven subscription for a report and delivery by E-mail, we can use "Specify delivery extension settings for Report Server Email” page to customize the Subject line.
