Well Guys my Windows 8.1 Computer sometimes just randomly turns off. That is the error ^^

What can I do to fix it? The computer is a very new computer. If you need my specs just ask I will post them. Please help in anyway you can!

Also my computer is having trouble connecting to my WIFI. The other computers can connect perfectly. When my computer connects it has limited connectivity and takes for ever for webpages to load. I have placed other computers next to myn and they still have way better connection. Please help!
