A certificate validation operation took 23074.7701 milliseconds and has exceeded the execution time threshold. this error in new sharepoint farm

we just created new sharepoint 2013 farm with 6 servers in this it has two WFE servers, and deployed our portal to internet with https enabled.

in each sharepoint server i found below error and our sites performance is very low.

-we purchased and installed certificate in WFE servers

-enable search service application

-portal application deployed in port 443

This can happen when your SharePoint servers do not have tcp/80 access to the Internet, as .NET security validation checks CRLs on crl.microsoft.com.
