A call to the AuthzInitializeContextFromSid API function fails during the delivery of an e-mail subscription in SQL Server Reporting Services
Hi Mahesh,
Thanks for the question. Based on the detail description, I know this issue happens afther install the SQL Server 2005 sp4 package. From the error log, it seems like this issue due to some configurations had beed changed after you installed the sp4.
After researched on this problem, I found that after we installed the sp4, some configurations of IIS and the report datasources might be changed, please check them.

Hello,
I am currently facing issue with e-mail subscription in SQL Server Reporting Services 2005. I have started facing this issue after applying SQL Server 2005 SP4.
My server configuration is Windows Server 2003 Standard x64 with SP2. I have SQL Server 2005 x64 Standard with latest SP4 update.
I tried all the options as mentioned my Microsoft in the article
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/842423
but none of the solution worked for me.
I have also tried to download the hotfix KB834859 as mentioned in the article
http://www.developmentnow.com/g/115_2005_4_0_0_457427/Report-Server-refuse-to-send-attachments.htm
but it errored out with Mismatch Server Type.
I am stuck with this issue and e-mail subscription functionality is currently down in Production. I would really appreciate, if any priority help can be available.
The error that i see in reporting services log is
