A Few Questions
1) I work in a school and so between 6pm - 7am there is no need for any client to be turned on. We are running R3 so have the power option capabilities but that only allows putting machines to sleep (from what I can tell anyway). Is there a way to tell the PCs to turn off completely and WOL at 7am? Save the planet and all :) 2) I have FEP setup and I can create a report of machines with Errors/Virus etc. However I would like that emailed to specific users. Is this possible with ConfigMgr? 3) I have yet to do an OS refresh - but if I set a mandtory TS to do a refresh how would wireless clients react? Would the ConfigMgr client run the TS and then fail when it got to WinPE being as the LAN is unplugged? TIA

WinPE is put on the disk while running in the full OS, the computer reboots, boots into PE, loads all drivers and tries to contact the MP ...Torsten Meringer | http://www.mssccmfaq.de

Hi Andrew, 1) You are right, R3 will only to put the computers to sleep. To shut them down, you need to create a package and use shutdown.exe 2) SQL Reporting Services allows you to create a mail subscription og all SRS reports. Configure a dataset execution account and create a subscription. 3) Test and try is my best advice on that one.Kent Agerlund | My blogs: http://blog.coretech.dk/author/kea/ and http://scug.dk/ | Twitter @Agerlund | Linkedin: /kentagerlund
