A Detection Method for DISM Command Based Application

Hi all,

can we make a detection method for an App when it is a DISM command for enabling Windows Feature like the following:

dism /online /Enable-Feature /FeatureName:TelnetClient

I deployed it as a Package not app because can't figure a Detection Method for Telnet Client feature !

Yes, Telnet.exe is thrown in Windows\system32 when I enable the Telnet Client feature
