APM .Net Application State showing Not Monitored
New SCOM 2012 RC installation with Management Server and Web Console Server on a single 2008 R2 instance. DW and RS are on separate SQL boxes. Testing out .Net application monitoring and all 4 of the applications set for monitoring show up as Not monitored under state view. However, I am receiving alerts and can view perf counters. Also missing, is the ability to see uptime. It shows up as all grey except for a few minutes when monitoring was first setup. Components of each monitored application consist on one website. There isn't an associated service or at least one that Operations Manager discovers. Any idea why I'm getting some data and missing other parts?
