ACTIVE SOFTWARE UPDATE POINT IN SECONDARY SITE AND CLIENT PC REGISTRY IS POINTTO SECONDARY SERVER
HI
my secondary site server also active software update point .i know patch installation will happen from Dp .but as my secondary site is sitting in remote location i want my clients in secondary location should contact software update point here
for metadata scanning
my question is will my client pc registry in secondary location point to secondary site server or primary. after client push to secondary
checked registry of clients this is pointing to primary software update point .i dont want my clients in secondary contact primary server over WAN for metdata scanning

This issue is for all the clients in that remote site? Have you checked whether SUP is installed successfully and sync is happening properly ? Also, check the registry value of the secondary server itself?
Also make sure there is no domain level group policy "Specify intranet Microsoft update service location" to point the clients to primary server.

thnaks for your reply sync is happening for secondary server and updated metadata but still client reg is showing upsteram server ip
