ACS Errors
Hi Jan
The 4618 and 4620 events can be ignored - as you say, they are related to the partition closing.
You should also see 4616 and 4619 events at the same time stating connection to the database is established and a new partition is created.
These can all safely be ignored if they are just happening once a day at the time when partitions are closed, dropped and created.
Cheers

Hi,
I have one ACS collector 2007 R2 and ACS database is on the same server. Server is really powerfull. Database is configure to store data for 365 days and we use quite large noise filter.
ACS works fine but every day I get several errors in 2 seconds. Of course about 1:00 AM (DB partition closed and open new).
