401 UNAUTHORIZED when login from a domain PC with IE9

We have a SharePoint 2013 on-premise farm. The farm is installed on our company domain "company.com". All our employee login to their Win7 PC with their domain account name (e.g. company.com/12345). Most of them can open the SharePoint site without type in username/password. Thanks to Single-SignOn ablility.

However, one of our user cannot do it. When he open the SharePoint site with IE9, "401 UNAUTHORIZED" message is returned without even prompt him for login/password. We have verified he logon his Win7 with a valid domain ID. After several tests, we found he can use Firefox and Chrome to open the site after key in username/password in password prompt.

What could be the reason behind and how to fix it? Thanks.

It is fixed after reset IIS to default settings. I think the user have a wrong password saved before. Thanks.
