32 character/number file names starting to build up in root of e: drive (Where SCCM 2012 PrimaryServer is installed)

Hello,

The Monday following sccm 2012 r2 to sp1 (Which was last Saturday), I have 32 character/number file names starting to build up in root of e: drive (Where SCCM 2012 PrimaryServer is installed).

Looks like they are left over from the upgrade, but is it safe for me to delete them.  Looks like they are locked and can't be deleted?  I already rebooted the Primary server after the upgrade.

Thanks,

Mark

Generally these are left overs when you apply SU. they are also generally safe to delete. What make you think they are from a CM12 upgrade? What error are you getting when you try to delete them?
