Hi JHalv, The resource in your link is add-in need to install when you configure reporting services integrated with sharepoint. To install 32bit SQL Server 2008 R2 Reporting Services, open http://www.microsoft.com/express/Database/ to download and install sql server express, then open http://www.microsoft.com/express/Database/InstallOptions.aspx to download the Database with advanced services and install.
