We're experiencing a similar issue with Server 2008 machines not appearing in the Daily Health Report. However, in our case, these machines are being erroneously listed as Windows Vista SP1. We have a single Vista OS in our domain being used for testing purposes and are running nine servers with Server 2008 Enterprise. In the Daily Health Report, there are no listings for Server 2008 and 10 installations of Vista SP1reported.

I also have 1 Windows 2008 server and it's being listed in the health report as a Windows Vista SP1 workstation. Atleast it's showing up.
