1st time Package Deploy fails to download - OnContentAvailable program xxxxx NOT available, 0x80091007

I am trying to deploy my 1st Package (Adobe Flash ActiveX) using SCCM 2012 R2 and have found it fails with the following execmrg.log.  Note that the no part of the download appears in the clients C:\windows\ccmcache\ folder.

The CAS.log shows "exclusive access check for the file failed" but I have tried to remove the package from DP, then re-add and rerun but same problem.  Also I have disabled all Anitivirus on the server thinking that was a problem.

The package (or parts of it) were downloaded, but the hash of the downloaded files does not match the hash stored in the policy. Any chance that antivirus on the clients interferes?

Well done Torsten, you were right.

We are running Trend OfficeScan 10.6 but when we had SCCM 2007 running this was never a problem.  What Antivirus Scan exclusions should I add to avoid this?

Thanks,

What about excluding the ccmcache directory?
