0x8007007B While Activating Windows

I am using Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview, and I would like to update to the release of Windows 10 Pro. However, in Windows Update it says that it is up to date. What can I do to get the update?

UPDATE: I installed Windows 10 Build 10162, but now when I try to activate it I get this error: 0x8007007B.

I redid the installation process and it restores my previous version of Windows when it reaches 93% and 67% for configuring my settings.

When I log back in, I am greeted with this error message:

0x8007002C - 0x4000D

The installation failed in the SECOND_BOOT phase with an error during the MIGRATE_DATA operation.

My current situation is that DISM does not detect and component store corruption, SFC cannot fix some corruption, and that I used a mounted iso that I got from the Windows 10 Media Creation Tool. Also, regarding the chkdsk, it is still running. I will tell you what happens after it is done.

I think  chkdsk  finished, but it went from around 37% to restart to 100%. So does that mean that I should try updating again?

Sorry for my really late answer. I tried to use the website but it did not help. Also, I would like to make something clear. This is what happened:

I got a new computer with NO OS installed. I installed the Technical Preview when Build 10130 was released. I updated to 10162 using the ISO. Lastly, I updated to 10240 using the Media Creation Tool and then Windows tells me that it is not activated. So, I DO NOT  have a product key for Windows. The only ones I used were the generic ones during the release of 10130 and 10162.

That makes sense. If you have never had a valid qualifying OS installed on this machine, you are not eligible for a free upgrade. Windows Insider builds after 10240 need to be installed on a machine which has a valid Windows 10 OS installed already.

You cannot get Windows 10 to activate unless you provide a Windows 10 product key or you upgrade from a qualifying earlier Windows OS. Win 10 Technical Preview is not a qualifying OS.
