Scanstate and Loadstate both say they can use the /Tel:ON|OFF switch but when I run the switch with loadstate it comes up with an error (-11 Unidentified or incomplete command line).

I'd rather not be sending data to Microsoft for every machine I'm restoring to (seeing as it's on by default).

Is anyone else seeing this?

You are using the Windows 10 USMT tool, right?

I have made a test on my Windows 10 Enterprise machine and it shares the same symptom as yours. I have checked this parameter on my Windows 8.1 ADK and it seems that this is a new parameter of Windows 10 ADK USMT. At present, there is no official article to introduce this new parameter.
