A few things to look at: 1) Did you restart IIS after first configuring the monitoring? until IIS is restarted or the application pool is recycled monitoring will not start. 2) If you look at the perfmon counters on one of of the monitored systems do you have any instances for the .NET App performance counters such as Avg. Request Time? The counters are created based on real traffic, so you need to ensure the application you are monitoring is recieving requests. 3) Have you run the template wizard multiple times against the same application? If you try to apply two different configurations to the same application (such as enabling performance event monitoring for one, and disabling for the the other) this will cause a configuration conflict and monitoring will be disabled 4) Open event viewer on the monitored system, goto the Operation Manager log and look for .NET app monitoring entries: - 34208 lets you know a new application was added an IIS needs to be restarted - 34205 lets you know new configuration was recieved and you need to recycle an app pool to finialize configuration - 34218 lets you know that the configuration has been processed and local config files are all up to date - 34240 indicates a config conflict has occured Look for any errors be reported by .NET app monitoring.
