(SubTotal on columns)/(Grand Total) of Tablix in SSRS
Good day.
I have a tablix in an SSRS report .
Description of the report :
1)
The tablix is grouped on Org and AR on rows.
2)
The tablix is grouped on D on columns.
Requirement :
1)
For the report, I need to add another row below which is kind of a ratio.
2)
The ratio is calculated by the division of the Count column in each D to the grand total of Count. This should be reflected in Percent column in each D.
Output after adjustments:
1)
Formula or expression used for Percent column : Value A(in each D) / Value B (Grand Total).
2)
All the ratios are 100% but it has to be calculated as 3/12(25%), 1/12(8.3%) ……… Basically it is ( Count in Each D(3) /Grand Total of tablix
(12))…
3)
The first two columns are grand total and grand percentage in the tablix.
Can someone please help me to get the values as per the requirement. Many thanks. I can provide the images at a later point of time . Please bear with my
text as of now.

Hi,
You could achieve this by using reportitems!textbox.value expression. What you could do is that you have to add a column sub total and a grand total at the end. Then in the subtotal of columns you can write the expression as Sum(fields!xxxx.value)/Reportitems!Textbox.value.
