Can you check if the forms pages and applications pages are working fine ? like /_layouts/viewlsts.aspx and /pages/forms/allitems.aspx Do you have a custom master page applied for your site? Ram Prasad Meenavalli | MCTS SharePoint 2010 | MCPD SharePoint 2010

Open your site master page in some editor, and make sure all the files/controls which were referenced in this master page are accessible. Check the user control paths in the master page. src should be as shown below src="~/_controltemplates/<control>.ascx" ~ will be missing some times, make sure the control src path starts with '~' Ram Prasad Meenavalli | MCTS SharePoint 2010 | MCPD SharePoint 2010

Please verify Pages library is created on this site or not. User <SiteURL>/_layouts/viewlsts.aspx to check that
